His work included enterprise platform implementations, process standardization, and large-scale SharePoint migrations in regulated and complex environments.Earlier roles in payroll and operations at organizations with thousands of employees shaped his disciplined, compliance-minded approach.James founded Minivet Consulting to help organizations move from operational complexity to clear, effective execution.
